Why Real Estate?
Hi, I’m Jenny J. Speelman! Before stepping into the world of real estate, I worked as an Electronics Technician specializing in Apple devices. That career gave me a unique skill set that translates beautifully into real estate — I learned how to stay calm in high-stress situations, explain complex things in a simple way, and solve problems with patience and creativity. Most importantly, I learned the value of earning people’s trust through honesty and care.
I chose real estate because I wanted a career that could grow with me, and after encouragement from my grandparents (who were both agents themselves), I knew this was the right path. From the very beginning, I fell in love with helping people through one of the biggest milestones in their lives.

Clients who work with me can expect someone who is friendly, patient, and approachable, but also determined to make sure their goals are met. I take pride in being honest to a fault and making the process as smooth as possible, whether you’re buying your first home or selling your current one.
While I may be newer to the industry, I make up for it with energy, dedication, and the backing of a strong team. Every client I work with gets my full attention and commitment.
Though I don’t have lifelong roots here, I truly love North Idaho — especially Coeur D’Alene, Idaho — and I’m excited to help others discover all that this area has to offer!
Behind the Scenes!
I’ve been married to my husband, Christian, for over five wonderful years, and together we share our home with two cats, Willow and Maple, who keep us entertained with their antics. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll often find me playing the piano, gaming with my husband, or tending to my ever-growing collection of succulents and cacti (yes, I have more plants than I probably should, but I wouldn’t have it any other way!).
I believe life is about balance — enjoying the little things while putting your heart into the big ones. That’s why in real estate, I focus on building trust, creating genuine connections, and making the journey as stress-free as possible.
